Engrish never fails to crack me up

Ok so I went to Lao ITECC the other day and all of the sudden, I burst out in laughter twice. And people stared at me. Twice. Why? Well....

I had no comments when I saw this other than "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
